The billionaire owner of leicester city football club Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha helicopter burst info flames after it crashed just few yards away from the King Power stadium, after taking off from the pitch, on Saturday night.
According to reports, the aircraft with the name Augusta Westland AW-169 was suffering from some engine troubles before it spinned out of control shortly after it took off from the centre-circle.
Although as of when this report was released the real condition of Mr. Srivaddhanaprabha was unknown the leicester city owner made his money in retail in Thailand and his King Power duty-free shops is not yet known, although he was believed to be on the aircraft during the crash. This report was in Accordance with BT sports pundits who watched the helicopter take off.
During the BT sports post matche broadcast, the sound from were the crash occurred could be visible heard. One notable player who was said to have witnessed the crash was goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel who broke down in tears.
